Meet Bridget Gotz, Founder & Principal
I believe professional ambidexterity—the ability to deliver results across any company size, industry, or growth stage—is what separates a good Talent Executive from an exceptional one.
With 25+ years of experience, I've built that versatility from the ground up. Upon graduation from Knox College, I accepted a temporary recruiting role while completing an international work abroad program. What began as a short-term position evolved into a comprehensive career journey through every function of talent strategy: recruiting, benefits, operations, employee relations, compensation and incentive plans, org design, executive coaching, change management and communications. My expertise spans startups through Fortune-level organizations across healthcare, technology, professional services, and financial services. I've led due diligence, M&A transactions, and integration processes from both buyer and seller sides, crafting and translating talent strategies to investors with operational precision.
I hold certifications from Kellogg (Strategic Change Management), Yale (Diversity and Inclusion), and specialized training in total rewards, pay equity, and AI applications for talent teams and organizational effectiveness.
Across every organization, every industry, every career stage of person I've interacted with, the feedback has been almost scarily consistent: "You're not like traditional HR—and I mean that in the best way." I've heard this countless times over 25 years, and - no offense to my fellow HR pros - I wear it as a badge of honor. I think my impact has been consistently strong regardless of the size, shape, or stage of organization because I bring a common sense, empathetic lens to talent strategy in an authentic, accessible way.
